JUAN CARLOS GAYOSO

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Juan Carlos Gayoso is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Juncardel Group. An Argentine entrepreneur with more than 25 years of entrepreneurial and management experience, his personal and professional journey has been shaped by family, perseverance, faith, and a deep belief in the value of opportunity.

Born in Buenos Aires and raised in a family grounded in strong convictions and principles, he learned from an early age the importance of perseverance, hard work, and daily effort. Those values became the foundation of an entrepreneurial path that would later take him to the United States, where he built, managed, and led businesses across different sectors.

His experience as an entrepreneur – including the challenges, responsibilities, successes, and lessons that come with building organizations – shaped a leadership approach centered on integrity, accountability, adaptability, and long-term thinking. He believes that what is achieved through effort has greater meaning when it is built with integrity, and that leadership requires doing what is right, honoring one’s word, accepting responsibility, and leading through example.

Gayoso founded Juncardel Group as a platform to bring that experience and philosophy into a broader business vision: developing companies with distinct identities while providing strategic direction, organizational support, and a foundation for long-term growth.

Central to that vision is the belief that opportunity carries responsibility. Those who have had the opportunity to build and succeed also have the ability to create opportunities for others, strengthen their communities, and contribute something of lasting value. Faith has remained an important source of hope and perseverance throughout his journey, particularly during difficult periods and moments of change.

For Gayoso, legacy is not defined solely by the businesses that are built or by financial success. It is reflected in the values upheld, the opportunities created, the people positively impacted, and what remains meaningful long after the immediate achievement has passed.
